At The Holiday Tutor, we’re committed to providing a high-quality, in-person learning experience. We also understand that plans and expectations can sometimes change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all families.
Cancellations & Refunds

24-Hour Notice Required:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With this notice, we are happy to offer a full refund or reschedule the session at no extra cost. -
Less than 24-Hour Notice:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as it may not be possible to fill the slot on short notice. -
Missed Sessions:
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered missed and is non-refundable.
Illness or Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate with rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.
Dissatisfaction with a Session
If you are unhappy with a session for any reason, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We want to make sure every family feels supported and heard. While refunds are not guaranteed in these cases, we will always review the situation carefully and may offer a partial or full refund, or a free follow-up session, depending on the circumstances.
Tutor Cancellations
If The Holiday Tutor needs to cancel a session, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
